In this unique class Jaque will facilitate a Shamanic Journey with a different Plant Medicine every Wednesday via Essential Oils! Every plant provide a very specific process. Each has a particular blue print combined with Yogic Breathwork & Posture which may take you into a multidimensional space, that may encourage many fantastic insights.  In this context Plant Medicine is like Animal Totems. They are guides and teachers. 

You will dive into different aspects of:

• Emotional Openings
• Intention Setting
• Centering Thoughts
• Breathwork
• Afformation
• Chakra Activation

Bring: A journal, water to drink, dress comfortably and in layers.
