This easy to follow class will open up a whole new world of expansion within. We will explore easy breathing techniques to allow the body and the mind to respond to meditation gracefully. Meditation may reintroduce you to the part of you that is missing. These techniques will allow you to quiet the mind so that you may listen to the Wisdom within. Inside you there is a Stillness and a Sanctuary waiting to be excessed. You may retreat there anytime, anywhere.
