I am honored and deeply humbled by my recent experiences in Belize. Less then one year ago I invested six intense days in the Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy® professional training in Virginia. There were 15 of us with two dynamic teacher, one from England, and a super passionate assistant. I truly understood by how compassionate these three women were that the training was going to be much more then massage or some kind of therapy. This work has heart and the depth of service, which is clear, not only for women, but for men as well.
Even though I was raised until 19 years of age in Brazil I never had the opportunity to visit the rainforest in my home country. I have dreamed for an opportunity to experience the jungle for decades. I didn't know how, when or where. I always envisioned it being in Brazil, and for vacation. This excursion to Belize was much more then a vacation. The experiences and the level in which the Certification unfolded were deeply meaningful, not only to me, but to all the women that said yes to this path of empowerment.
Belize is divided into six districts: Belize, Cayo, Corozal, Orange Walk, Stann Creek, and Toledo. Each district have it's own capital: Belize City, San Ignacio, Corozal Town, Orange Walk Town, Dangriga and Punta Gorda. For eight days I was submerged lovingly and nutritiously in the Cayo District of Belize, to attend my Certification for the Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy® training.
As a Sagittarius the love for foreign everything is in my core. I’ll also have an interview with the founder of this evolutionary technique, which brings the ancient world available here and now, and currently taught in 22 countries!
Blessed I am to have had 12 loving, intelligent and skilled colleagues, from all over the US and 1 from England, 2 magnificent teachers, an assistant and the founder of it all Dr. Rosita Arvigo herself. Dr. Arvigo opens her sublime home temple and grounds for us students. It was truly a transcendent over all experience!!🐝🍃🌞🌴🕷🌺🐒✨🙏🏽
