Arguably the two most important things we do in life are breathing and moving.  We obviously need to breathe, and our bodies are designed for motion.  The way we breathe sets our emotional foundation.  If we breathe and move well on a daily basis, a lot of other things tend to fall into place.  Kundalini Yoga uses breath and motion, along with sound and meditation, to balance the flow of energy through the body and mind so we can be the best human beings possible.  B.J. has a gentle teaching style that allows students to take things at their own pace.  If you have been practicing yoga for years, or if yoga is a new adventure for you, this is a class that can help you feel more centered and steady in a short period of time.

 


 

This vibrant yoga class will Revitalize your muscles and organs by bringing vital circulation and Prana to irrigate your body flawlessly. The nervous system will be completely engaged as the glandular system kicks in to Recalibrate the circuitry. Exploring a blend of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, specific breathing applications, sound current and suggested nutrition provide an opportunity to recalibrate the imprint of addictive patterning on the brain. These yogic components provide a psychological advantage necessary to remain calm and non-reactive under the most challenging situations. Further, it gives on the immunity to protect oneself from the pressures of society which can lead to addictions. These classes will provide a direct experience for the excellence of the Self as well as practical tools to share with others.

Restorative Bolster Bliss

In this class, restorative yoga postures are mindfully woven between classic Hatha asana for a peaceful and relaxing class.  Stress and tension melt away using the gentle support of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps.  When the body is fully supported, it will eagerly surrender into a deeply relaxing and restful state.  Incorporating restorative yoga with traditional hatha asana, pranayama and meditation-the practitioner will effortlessly release tension, calm and quiet the mind, nourish the nervous system and strengthen the immune system.  Nurture yourself with some bolster bliss!
