Any of the classes that she teaches, currently the Wednesdays Stress Management Yoga at 7:15 pm, and the Thursdays Yoga for Health at 10 am, are excellent times to tune into your pre-natal and post-natal needs. She may easily modify the regular class to fit your unique mental and physical needs.
