Keri Louise brings to Bee Present Wellness a soothing, heart opening flow for all levels. Using Hatha Yoga roots as a foundation, we will explore how our lives would be different if we woke each day with the decision to live in full service to our Heart and Soul. This class will engage the mind, body, and spirit through a combination of breath work, meditation, gentle yoga asana, and journaling.
Nourish your heart and soul to create more joy, peace, and love in your life. Beautiful music, meaningful readings and open conversations will help guide us in our practice as we use movement and mindfulness to dive deep into the heart of our soul. Please bring a journal and pen.

Keri really values the idea of self-care; taking conscious actions towards nurturing one’s own emotional, mental and physical health. She is a fully certified Pilates and Yoga instructor who has had a regular personal practice of both for over 20 years. Keri has a compassionate and innate ability to create a nurturing space where women gather to explore ancient ceremony work and modern life. She shares these combined passions in each of her classes, programs and workshops. In her free time, Keri loves being cooking, reading and expressing herself through a variety of creative outlets.
