An Energetic Reset - During this workshop, we will use chanting, sound, and aromatherapy to open, cleanse, and restore your chakras after a hectic Thanksgiving holiday!๐
We will start out with a brief check-in where attendants will express how they are feeling and their intentions. In a supported restorative posture, with copious use of bolsters, blankets, you will open the gateway to blissful sound within, as the Essential Oils support your journey. Relaxing music, singing bowls, drums, rattles, and bells will transport you to a desired space of Tranquility. Starting from the Root Chakra, we will recite all Bija Mantras.
