Happy Winter Solstice!🌞🙌🏼🥳 As I dive deeply into this end of the year I have been contemplating and doing a mental inventory of 2019, and beyond. I have been doing so much unearthing of old challenging patterns that I have inherited from my ancestors. I have blessed all kinds of clarity that I have chosen to embrace. My heart keeps getting lighter with each breath as I walk foward. Plenty of ownership of old ways of being that are no longer in alignment have been looked at. Letting go of stifling emotions have been such an organic gift to my being. Anchoring peace about many people, and situations that surround me have been part of my personal journey and growth. Humbling is the walk. Grace rays come down from the energizing sun to shower my heart with healing. My womb gets to smile with flowing forgiveness for myself and others. Blessed be the walk in which we all find ourselves in. I wish you all much surrender into Love Eternal. That is our legacy. As uncomfortable as we can be, sometimes, unconditional love is possible, it is attainable. Even if it’s for one day. It’s a practice..... a blessed one. What a beautiful invitation to invision 2020 with clear and concise 20/20 vision. Jupiter is hanging out with Capricorn this whole New Year. Are you ready? Do you know what that means? Please google it. There is a lot of great info about this timely and holy event in our history. Yes.... we are creating history for ourselves, our lineage/descendants, and our community at large. Every act, every activation is now the foundation for our own blessed master piece whatever that may be. So the sun is becoming more and more present from now on. And yet there is still the winter, and it’s stillness gifts in this part of the world. We get to partake in these two presents from Mother Earth at the same time. The sun may bring more energizing clarity as the stillness of the winter allows us more time to purify, and engage with our truest desires and inspirations. Let’s make this a divine time with our hearts and our sat nam, aka our truest selves/identities. May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you guide your way home!🐝✨

Kundalini Yoga has completely transformed my quality of life.
