You will practice gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and self- massage- with essential oils! Then, we will have a fun & informational class on doTERRA essential oils! We will discuss what essential oils are, how to use them, and how to get them into your home, so you can take care of YOU and your family! Attendees will leave with tips & tricks for stress reduction that can be used ANYWHERE!
