Some people look forward to Valentine's Day every year, while others dread it! If you find that you are having feelings of anger, sadness, or self-doubt, join us as we use discussion, intention setting, meditation, and Shamanic Practices to process these feelings and transmute them.
In a deeply emotionally nutritious space you may let go of the old and invigoratingly embrace the New You! Grounding and celebrating Self-Love. You may leave feeling refreshed, balanced, grounded, and light-hearted!
Due to the intense processing that happens during these events, we must limit the number of participants to 5. Please reserve your spot by pre-registering.
Bring: A simple of your challenging relationship (a photo, a drawing, a article of clothing, a small object, etc.). Dress in comfortable clothes, bring a spill proof bottle of water and a journal.
