This unique experience is here to provide a deep connection with your core. As a massage therapist Jaque has been sharing the Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy® with the community through private sessions. This will be a very easy and gentle connection with your pelvis/belly.
Inspired by the Arvigo Technique® jaque is thrilled to share pelvic wellness awareness and Shamanic work in a group setting. This work has a multitude of benefits for women and men alike. If you have any of these or similar issues this work may assist you in your journey toward wellness:

Bring: Water to drink, dress in loose fitting older clothing, so that you may expose your belly with ease for the Belly Massage with oil. You may bring your own body oil if you wish, or have allergies.
