Donna Grimwood’s interest in Yoga started decades ago when she started going to Ashtanga Power Yoga classes. She was looking for a practice to calm the mind & tone the body. As a devoted mother of her sons, grandmother of two amazing kiddos, and her pups, yoga has helped her to stay on top of a busy, and bountiful life.

Jaque Hanson has been successfully guiding women and men through their dark night of soul in a palpable, and effective way in their journey towards transcendence. After her daughter attempted suicide in 2002 Jaque awakened to her intuitive gifts, which allowed her much needed healing for her daughter and herself. She sees herself as The Bee Keeper!

Katie did not find Energy healing; Energy Healing FOUND HER! In a simple twist of fate on a trip to Colorado in the summer of 2023, Katie's heart was lifted with empowerment as she celebrated 10 years of recovery from substance abuse at a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheater.
