Women's Creative Play Date: Double Wrap Bracelet

OverProject (87).png

Sunday July 21, 2019
12 - 4 PM

Come Play!  Make a beautiful double wrapped beaded bracelet that you will wear with pride!

These lovely bracelets have been all the rage for quite some time, now it's time to learn how to make one yourself!  It's a super easy process that just takes a few minutes to learn, you'll be making them for all your friends before you know it!  Jen will provide the instruction, and support as well as the leather cord, button, stringing materials and tools.  You bring your own beads, you will need 14 inches of beads to make your double wrapped bracelet.  You can choose if you wish your bracelet to be all one color bead or to bring a mix. When buying pre-strung beads at most craft stores the tag will tell you how many inches of beads is in the strand (you can also measure the strand yourself). If you already have a stash of loose beads you can line them up side by side along the edge of ruler to make sure you bring enough beads (it's always good to bring extras incase one decides to run away and hide while you are working on your project!).  Jen will bring along some extra beads so that everyone has enough to finish their piece.  No previous beading experience is necessary.

Gather together with other local women for a creative play date! You will explore your own creativity in a safe place where the intentions are: to relax, invest time with other creative spirits, and play with different imaginative techniques. These events are not about the finished product as much as they are the experience. No special “skills” or “talents” are required to attend, just a willingness to be your-self, bee open minded, and bee ready to play. With each Women's Creative Play Date we will explore a different creative process, technique, or activity. We will also incorporate some mindfulness practices as we dip into our Creative Souls – this is meant to be a fun and relaxing event, NOT a stressful one.

Investment: $25. Cash or check to Bee Present Wellness, 309 3rd St. New Cumberland PA 17070. We have a limit of 12 folks in this workshop.
