Jaque Hanson is fired up about many effective and powerful modalities that have completely changed her life, and the lives of many of her clients and students. One of her first loves has been Kripalu Hatha and Kundalini yoga. Her foundation began when her firstborn arrived with Hatha in 1987. For 21 years she embraced a phenomenal teacher. Followed by Kundalini yoga in 2006. She felt like Kundalini yoga was like an old and comfortable shoe!
