Kundalini Yoga is an energy moving holistic style of yoga that is for all ages. Sometimes called "The Yoga of Awareness". You will be able to tap into your own power of self-awareness in just one class. No matter what a person's flexibility level is or isn't, all can participate in a Kundalini class.

A Kundalini practice helps us to handle day to day life and "SLOW" the aging process.

In a class we will be awakening the kundalini energy that lies dormant in the base of the spine by combining movement, breath, postures, mantras & mudras to relieve stress, tension, and build a better immune system.

You will be introduced to this scientific technology and given the tools to awaken this energy to transform your life. This style of yoga is not a competition, you are in a class to experience Kundalini Yoga for yourself. The benefits you will reap will help improve clarity of the mind plus build a more flexible body, eliminate toxins, improve the respiratory system, balance the nervous systems -WOW.

Your friends & family will notice something different about you, an inner and outer glow. You will feel different as well. Do not eat anything heavy 2 hours before a class, bring water, mat & eye covering or small towel. Does not matter if you are 5 or 105 this ancient style of yoga is for you! Kundalini Yoga has changed my life & I believe it can change everyone else's life.

Meet Donna

Donna Grimwood’s interest in Yoga started 25 years ago when she started going to Power Yoga classes (Ashtanga) looking for a practice to calm the mind & tone the body. Then in 2004 she read about Kundalini Yoga & practiced on her own until she found a class in New Cumberland. After one class with a certified instructor she knew this was the Yoga practice to balance her life. Donna felt it was life changing. A practice that was and is a complete experience for the mind, body & spirit. Yin Yoga was the next step!
